It is very Normal but still for a proper confirmation regarding this query you should consult with your doctor so that after a proper examination your doctor will give you the best guidance .according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which woulbfd be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
