my baby is not passing stool properly she cries a lot while doing it and she drink cow milk at night

A. Hai good afternoon !! If baby having constipation (hard stools ) or not passing stool regularly.... Include fibre foods fruits,vegetables,grains,water,fluids - Papaya,pear,grapes,prunes,orange,cucumber,bottle gourd,ragi,jowar,curd,wheat,dalia,,coconut water,barley helps ... Cow milk cause body heat in few body heat thus constipation ,check suitability of cow milk ;give cow milk by diluting with water or avoid if it cause too much constipation.
