For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts to baby’s diet.
Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Breastfeed baby till 2 years.
