Q.
my baby is not having proper food, he don't know how to chew solid food, sometimes he just choke him self, and he don't drink water as well, when he drink from sipper he choke from water as well, what should I do, he only drink formula milk, can i start giving him cow milk?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you can start cow milk.. your baby needs still time to understand but i suggest you offer small bite atva time.. food should be roughly mashed or thick enough..
