my baby is not having food only having BM he was suffering from fever past 5 days but he is fine now but refusing to having food only cry alot at the time on food

A. need to be evaluated . Temperature more than 99 ° f is fever . It should be checked 2 to 3 times . Paracetamol can be given 3 to 4 times for fever . It may be due to any infection or seasonal variation .
