Q.

My baby is not having any other milk. She is totally dependent on breastfeeding. right now she is 5 month old and I have to join office again. please suggest how to switch her to formula or cow's milk.

A. the first option would be that you can express your milk and that can be given when you are outside and the second option would be to go for any formula milk after your doctor's advice

A. Hello mom You should start giving formula milk to your baby but there is no need to give cows milk or any other outside milk. The best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk. So you should start giving it and you can start giving outside milk only once your baby done one year old. And once you baby turned six months old you can start giving solids and water
