Hello mom The toddlers can be given dry fruits ,milkshakes can be made using fresh fruits like banana ,avocado ,Chico, apple etc apart from that you can give some stuff paranthas made with Paneer, potato etc also ghee can be included in his meals whole eggs can be given millets like a ragi ,bajra are quite helpful as well dals and legumes like Rajma ,Chana ,horse gram
