Q.
my baby is not gaining weight.he has stomach infection in May first week,after that his weight is constant it's not increasing.Should I give him some multivitamins or anything

Hello mom , if the child is active enough for his age and is also able to do his normal daily activities and is also eating well then need not worry gradually try to increase the quantity and the variety in the food try to give and usual foods that you make it at home for the family now
