My baby is not gaining weight by today he is six months old and only 7kg.very active boy but today he is drinking milk and not giving eye contact or not actively playing... I am not to know the reason he is constantly slow weak cry as he has suffering inside.. What to do madam

Would suggest to get him examined to exactly know the reason as proper physical examination is necessary to determine
