my baby is not gaining weight as per the age despite of giving solid meals , please guide how to what to give and how to give to increase the weight

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 months agoA. Madam with the food that you are giving to the child you should try to include proteins in every meal that you offer right now the options are only vegetarian proteins so just stick to that and that should really be helpful in overall growth
