my baby is not feeling well,, she is having fever, cough, . and always be in lazyness. what can I do?

It could be associated with high fever and also could just probably which is associated with the too many medicines that you are giving to the child along with the medicines that you give so I’m just going to recommend you that you should definitely give a multivitamin plenty of water to the child
