My baby is not eating anything from last few days. She is 7 months old. Few days back she vomited the Cerelac. After 2days she is getting irritated to see the food. 3days before she is not well loose motion started. Now she completely stopped talking solid food. Doctor advised some medicines but she vomited after having medicines. Please suggest what to do now? She is very active baby but from last few days she is not actively looking.
