my baby is nearly 6 months old right now we are giving him formula only but since last one week the does vomiting sensation nausea like and due to this the gets spitting. we had given him 3 days course of kidoset syrup. but the does nausea for some fraction of second . please guide

It Maybe some kind of an issue with the digestive system of the child you should get a check with your doctor a proper assessment is only going to reveal what is the issue and according to that give any medicine or any treatment suggested by the doctor then you go ahead with that because that’s the right way to go about it
