my baby is naw 6wk old, and today she got her vaccines.. but her weight is 3900g and it's not good according to her age. what should I do....

Breastfeed the baby every 2 hours. Feed from one side at a time so that baby gets fat rich hind milk
formula milk can be given if paediatrician advices
