Q.

my baby is moving his hand to his back and his making finger movements. also he takes his right hand index and thumb finger near his chest. are these movements normal?

A. This needs evaluation so it would be better to follow the local doctor for proper advice and doctor will guide you accordingly rekugarding this which would be more beneficial so you can follow the advice

A. Startle reflex. Most babies have a startle reflex (also called the Moro reflex) when they hear a sudden or loud noise. It might also happen if they feel like they're falling or if they're moved suddenly. Startling may make a baby suddenly straighten their legs forward and throw back their arms.
