my baby is making strange sounds ,more during sleeping why?

A. it is very normal for the baby to make sounds during sleeping there is nothing to worry it is usually normal for this age,if not associated with any other problems repetitively,you should not worry it does not require any kind of treatment or medicine . if you have any more doubts, get clinical examination done once by the doctor available and get further guidance regarding this.
