my baby is making sounds like emm emm from yesterday not sleeping well and making more noise while urination wat would be the reason

A. hi babies make such sounds when they feel gassy so please burp your baby well after each feeding,it is very important to prevent gas problem but if child is crying while urination, having bad smelled urine, fever, irritability etc too please visit your pediatrician
