my baby is just 4 months completed.. even though i feed him full breast milk why he is not sleeping for longer time at least 4 hours in day time or night time .. hardly i any day he sleeps for 3 hours in night.. previously he used to sleep nicely.... really worried...i am not getting proper sleep

A. that is normal duration of baby . it s ok for now and so as per the mentioned details it is absolutely normal and fine so no need to worry about this at all as of for now .
