my baby is jst completed 2 year , but still he didn't have proper teeth, he has only 12 teeth, what will be the reason??

it's okay..
kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years..
don't worry as remaining all milk teeth will erupt in due course of time

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Yea So that’s fine a child can have it complete set of teeth by the age of three years also already has 12 the other will also come with passing of time your child is only about some teeth behind and if the important ones have come so do not worry about it
