my baby is in exclusive breastfeeding. but she is not pooping for 3days.but she is passing gas. what could be the remedy. or do I need to consult a doctor?

A. It is Normal in breast feed babies so make sure you always burp baby after feeding and give tummy time to baby and also massage tummy in clockwise direction around the navel. And cycling motion of legs
