My baby is in 7 month now. I'm giving nusobee casein from her 2 month. is that powder is safe for her to continue when she having a tight stool problem

As baby is 7 months old after introducing solids hard stools are might be due to digestional issues not due to formula milk .No need to worry continue to feed formula milk and include fiber foods fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes in semi solid texture, include fluids and adequate water for digestion. These fluids, fibre foods increase bowel movements and avoid Constipation. Do Tummy massage, apply warm coconut oil or warm castor oil on baby's tummy and gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with the help of the fingers to avoid Constipation.
