my baby is having these slight hypopigmented spots on her back since a few days. what could be the reason. earlier she had some prickly heat over the back because of sweat but now they are okay. kindly help me with these

A. this is due to allergy to something may be cloth , soap

A. good morning I would recommend that you should try to apply sebamed powder on the entire affected area it will help to make sure that the child is not having any problem of rashes on the back
