my baby is having sore throat. only sound changes is there. no cold and fever. also have small type oralthrush on left side inside mouth and small amount in tongue.

A. Boil 4–5 tulsi leaves and one badi elachi (black cardamom) in one cup of water. Once boiled, strained and let it cool down. Feed two teaspoons of this water to your baby. j
