my baby is having runny nose and so much cough in chest please suggest me any medicine

Wikoryl and maxtra you can give to the child for cold and cough you can give it three times in the day with a gap of eight hours each and if the child is not good within minimum time of three days to maximum time of five days and in that case you can consult your doctor
