Rekha GuptaMom of a 5 yr 4 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Use saline nasal drops before feeds and sleep, steam inhalation helps loosen mucus and u can use cold roll-on that are specially made for kids... Baby organo brand cold roll on is very good and effective.. Also keep fluids frequent and avoid cold food and drinks.
