my baby is having loose motions since 3-4days he is teething i have tried doctors medicine tried cado medicine..home remedies like dahi banana pomegranate but its still yellow and watery motion..what should i do?

A. Hi no medicine usually works for loose motion due to teething phase. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate teething
