my baby is having loose motions. green poop with mucus and watery poop. every time he takes feed, he immediately poops. and having very little intake. what should I do

With what you are mentioning could be associated with stomach infection right now because mucus is there then lose motion green colour so it’s mostly indicating towards that only which is why it would be advisable for you to consult your doctor they are going to give you proper advice after examining the child and the current situation
