my baby is having loose motion for three days and we consulted doctor also he gave me econorm sachet how to give him that medicine

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is 2 years 5 months of it and having loose motions the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
