My baby is having Hb level of 8.63. doctor has given tonoferon syrup. she is having a constipation problem. after consuming iron syrup she will have constipation. i am giving her vegetables like radish, beetroot, beans etc. then also she is getting constipated. what is the solution for constipation and how to increase her Hb level. her age is 1yr 5months and weight 7.75kg

A. hi. .her weight is less as per her age also hb is also less, you can try syp cheri to improve hb level, equally give fiber rich foids and lots of water
