My baby is having frequently cold and fever when ever I send her to play school. please suggest what should we do to stop it

Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.
For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. 
This may due to feither allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .
If fever is present give paracetamol.

Cold most of the time is a  viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine  which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and  according to the type of cough its prescribed.
if any  fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can btde repeated again after 6 hours  if required .
