NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello you can be putting paracetamol once in every 6 hrs and if there is no improvement or it is worsening on 2 days then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
