Q.

my baby is having fever since two days when am giving him paracetmol syrup it's reducing to normal but then again in 5 to 6 hours again temperature is raising what shall I do

A. no problem sitting the fever with paracetamol for 2 to 3 days if the fever is persisting more than three days better to consult a doctor for examination and proper medication
