my baby is having fever I put medicine every 5 hrs...after medicine he is fine but after 4 hrs his body become heat he is active only I gave mefenamic and paracetamol syrup..we traveled to mumbai by train in ac coach after that only he got fever...what to do...here dr gave calpol after that syrup he got heavy fever so I stoped that and gave mefenamic and paracetamol syrup his fever gone but it continuous y...

A. you can continue for next three days and after that if it is not improving then please meet your doctor and it is very likely that your child might have suffered from viral infection and should improve in 3 days
