My baby is having fever for 3 days..have been monitoring her temperature and giving paracetamol...it never exceeds 100.8 but didn't come down after 2days..went to doctor today..she asked me to give paracetamol again with a anti bacterial syrup...even today her fever is on and off.. should I worry

A. Usually the fever should subside within three days and if it doesn’t then it is not a normal fever but here the thing is that a doctor has given antibacterial medicine also maybe there is some infection which is by the fever is in subside so continue with what your doctor has recommended and if you do not eat getting better within another two or three days then you have to visit your doctor again
