my baby is having fever at night I gave p-100 drops at what time gap should be there to give another dose

A. between two mefthal doses

A. hi mom. you have to give paracetamol syrup every 6 hours for the child and in total 24 hours you can give maximum of 4 doses of paracetamol syrup. if you are giving any other fever reducing medicines such as meftal then you have to give it 8 hours apart between two meptal dosa
