Q.

my baby is having fever after giving meftagesic -p syrup now she is having stomach pain and loose motion. her age is 3 years 1month old, weight is 22kg

A. can you suggest me some anti colic medicine

A. kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child. also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk. you cannot give chocolate and icecream. d you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food. avoid giving raw food and also sugary food avoid tea coffee. if requiredd your doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child
