my baby is having fever (100-101) he has become crankier too nd is drooling sometimes he refuse to breastfeed also today i saw small white patch on his upper gum does it mean he is teething..how can i soothe the baby

Yes I believe that’s the only reason so if your child is having fever you can give paracetamol to the child and also you can give good amount of finger food to the child tablet number 21 of homeopathic medicine that is also lot Helpful and also you can give teether to the child if you need to
