My baby is having extreme diarrhoea since four days, doctor has proscribed flora-bc and zipod cv. The motion smells too much, his tongue is also black colour. There is no sign of teething. Kindly advise. Thanks

A. Cleaning of baby's tongue and gums should start soon after birth. Use a damp cotton cloth and clean in circular motion gently. Visit your doctor again and tell the history in detail.
