my baby is having diarrhea had given him zinc n Ors but didnt stop its already 2 days what to do?

A. hello dear parent diarrhoea is continuing it is better that you go to a pediatrician for full treatment and also please give breastfeeding and also water coconut water and enterogermina sashes and also ORS solution
