my baby is having cough can I give hypertonic saline nebulization?

A. mam nebulisation can only be given only after medical consultation. please give Dabur honeytus in lukewarm water to the baby. also give honey in lukewarm water to the child. give indirect steam inhalation twice a day to the baby.
