my baby is having cough and cold and special he is having cough in night is there is any problem, and also how I removed cough from my baby, which food is good for immunity enhancing, or whole body nutrition

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .
For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.

Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warxm water to drink
If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
paracetamol for fever and pain.

Mostly the congestion is that it’s right now looking at the situation could be due to whether otherwise if it is persistent could be due to an allergy in that case you’ll have to have an allergy test with your doctor and further medicines can be suggested on that basis only
