my baby is having constipation problems . she is not eating properly and having pain while doing potty I need solutions and a proper diet chart pls help me

The baby is 2 years 8 months of age of the baby is having constipation Constipation is quite common in babies you have to do modification of food baby will be taking we have to include fibre in the diet of the baby you lot of fruits seasonally available like mango papaya banana and adequate water for the baby to drink
