Q.

my baby is having cold and cough my doctor had first given dilo-dx 2.5 ml and Hhlinctus-LS 2.5 ml for cold and cough. after 4 days he changed medicine ephedrex 3ml is this d medicine for cold or cough because my baby is still not well along with dis medicine which of d previous medicine I have to give along with ephedrex

A. Hi it's better to consult Paediatrician whom you had taken advice from frequent change of medicine is not recommended without medical advice a physical examination is necessary for appropriate diagnosis and treatment

A. hi please don't self medicate your child. always consult your pediatrician before giving any type of medicines to your child. for cold and cough: take a clean cotton clothe,grate an onion on it ,make a pouch of it,then heat the tava ,place the pouch for few minutes and check with the hand that it should not be too hot ,then gently pat it on your child's chest back and sole. or make a kadha with warm water,Tulsi leaves , turmeric powder ,salt and ginger ,give 2 tbsp quantity twice in day. keep your child well hydrated. provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day. apply baby rub on your child's chest back. maintain good hygiene.
