Q.
My baby is gonna be 6months old soon.Which milk should I use for making kheer or any other milk products which can be digested by baby.She is exclusively on breastfeeding now.Cow milk or formula milk??

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. You should not use a cow milk until the baby complete one year of age. It is ideal that you don’t give any milk products repaired from cow milk or Buffalo milk. You can also use curd though .Use formula milkWrite Your Answer Here

Hi parent Desi A2 cow milk is preffered over any kind of milk as it's easy to digest and very beneficial Some don't recommend cow milk but I'm recommending A2 Desi cow milk as it's different from A1 cows It's from my personal experience as I HV been giving it to my child since his age of six months
