my baby is going to turn 6months which solid food should I give.. plz suggest

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. good evening you can start with mashed form of rice Dal Daliya potato sweet potato banana stewed apple carrot puree pumpkin puree always keep in mind it is good to start with a fruit or vegetable and single food at a time should be given by following three days rule to check for allergic reaction and tolerance of that food by the baby
