Q.

My baby is going to enter her 5th month journey. I'm more worried about her sleep. Could you please share what are the number of hours that a healthy baby sleeps during her 5th month?

A. sleep will be taken according to the need of the child so if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern and sleep dhours and it will obviously change from time to time and then stabilize. if overall the child is play full and is well responding then do not worry about the hours of sleep and they will not have any problem. (please notex if sleep is inadequate then growth will not be proper so if growth is proper then no need to worry about sleep)
