my baby is going to be 7 month ...can i give give him cerelacs....he is taking mashed banana, pear,,,n khichdi but he is not taking very eagerly ......how much quantity i should give the semi solid food n i hve to give ceralacs then in how much quantity

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes can give cerelac, Let the baby decide the quantity. Do not force feed or distraction feed.
Give mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
Give vegetables n fruit puree

Yes now you can start giving it to your seven months old baby. And now you baby seven months also you can add many things in babies regular diet plan. Now you baby should take at least four meals in a day so you should definitely maintain a diet plan according to that
