Q.
my baby is going to be 2yr old in one week, but has got sudden increase in temp as 101..any reasons for this.. she was good until yesterday night...

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treavtment also this dose can be chagain repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
