My baby is going for motions lightly whenever she is passing the urine..is it normal...if not why? & what is the solution for it?

I think it is better to check with your doctor one time because this could be due to some problem associated with the pooping part of the child to basically maybe due to indigestion or you do or not having proper control the child could be passing motion this is normal initially but if it is a continuous pattern for some days then you should check with the doctor
