A. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the hfnutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months. Give all the vaccination required.

A. hi dear Breastfeeding at night helps babies sleep Melatonin is a hormone that helps induce and regulate sleep. Tryptophan levels in breastmilk rise and fall according to maternal circadian rhythms. Breastfeeding can help develop babies' circadian rhythms and help them to settle to sleep better at night.
